"Everything is good "

"We had a decent stay overall however the hotel definitely fell short of our expectation. Only 1 restaurant was functional as opposed to the 3 advertised on their website. Had a little incident during dinner but they fully compensated us for it which was appreciated. Ordered 1 sunny side eggs for breakfast since the available options (especially vegetarian) were very limited - the eggs never came as we simply left after 45 mins. The property is clean however and the rooms are quite nicely designed. The spa was very good and they also have access to a bar and jaccuzi. Good overall but could have been much,much better."

"You’d expect a good shower but the faucet is damaged and the glass door is very faulty. Also the toilet seat is loose and can easily tip over. The room was very clean though and the breakfast was really good."

"This was easily the best place my partner and I stayed on our trip around Georgia. It was a beautiful property that was pristinely clean, and well-maintained. Good restaurant on the property. Staff was friendly. We stayed in one of the deluxe rooms and it was such a great value. Next time I’m in Telavi, I’ll be looking to stay here!"

"Met in car on arrival, shown where to park and room. Lovely hotel, wine tour was good, wine tasting was excellent and our expert was very good at describing the wines, brandy and cha cha. Cooking workshops were good fun and you are what you made! Food in restaurant was really nice. Breakfast was nice, but the weakest link of the whole stay. Not replenished and when you could find the server, brought Luke warm coffee. "

"Front desk staffs are very unfriendly and not too helpful with any request, they shouldn’t be in customer service business or they should be trained better for the job."
