Overall a great all inclusive hotel to stay at, most of the staff was really polite and well trained, sadly the same cannot be said about most servers at the main diningroom. They didn't seem to care much about the guests, no kindness at all from their side, they barely even greeted us. Some other negative points: 1)No small pillows were provided in the room, and when we realized it before bed time, we didn't feel like walking down to the front desk to ask for them. 2)There's no inside lock on...
