"Location Location Location 7 min walk from train station, 7 min walk to Khon Kaen Wall district, 10 min walk to main night market, 11 min walk to McDonald’s, 22 min walk to Lake and associated attractions, 8 coffee shops 3 min, 7/11 and Tops 4 minutes. Very good price and clean all functional room. Their big sign “no coffee, no elevator, no breakfast “. Says it all on extras. You save enough money to cover coffee etc elsewhere "

" Very clean throughout, staff all very polite and helping, especially in the restaurant for breakfast. Breakfast itself is fantastic, best i have ever experienced, as well as being able to sit outdoors."

"Bb Le Garden is a cute little "resort". The rooms were cleaned daily, and a limited menu breakfast was included in the price. It is out of the city aways. This means it was pretty quiet, but also that unless you have your own transportation, it could be a challenge getting into the city proper. "
