"We came in from atlanta at 730am. We had a rough start to our day. The airlines sent our luggage to florida and there was nothing we could do. We then arrived to the rental center and they messed up our reservation. We didn't get the car we paid for. We spent an additional 5 hours at the airport. Our children were exhausted because we were up since 3am. I called Spark hotel and asked for an early checkin. They wasted no time in telling me yes. This was the best news we had received all day. We were able to checkin as early as 1230 at no additional cost thanks to management. We were so thankful for them. The hotel was more than amazing. The beds were very comfortable. The bath products were amazing and smelled so good. We will definitely book with them again. The raddison hotel use to be our family main hotel but I am thankful we found Spark. From now on they will always be our preference when visting Texas"

"Ashley was wonderiful and her managwr. It was very close to thr Village lots of shopping and resturants. Quiet and safe too. Very close to the event center 5 minutes"
"Tru by Hilton Plano Hwy 75 is amazing. The staff are friendly and helpful. They make sure that you are satisfied with your stay. The room I stayed in was clean, comfortable, and a great value. Not many hotels will allow you to plug in your own HDMI device on their TVs, but Tru's TV/Entertainment system gives guests that option. This is important to me. The only thing I didn't like was the pillows. They were a bit too soft didn't offer much support but I was able to pile them up and make it work. Breakfast is included. It's a good option to have. The area is surrounded by chain restaurants and one German restaurant. You have options for dinning if you're in a pinch. The area is safe and quiet. I would definitely stay Tru by Hilton Plano Hwy 75 again and I would recommend it to others."
