The staff was great the breakfast was perfect. Only bad experience was the fine dinning restaurant was a bit of a tourist trap. I didn’t mind the high prices of the entrées and appetizers especially since everything was tasty but they charged me 14 euro for 4 slices of bread and 5 euro for 1 bottle of water was a bit much. The room and private pool/patio were lovely & comfortable, especially the lounge furniture on the patio. But it was impossible to get to the nice seating area below this and closer to the sea unless you went through your pool. We had several nights here and it is one of the cleanest and tidiest places I’ve ever stayed (and I travel a lot!). Nice kitchenette with enough plates and utensils to prepare simple meals. Very well maintained property, pool and deck. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location- just a few minutes walk down the hill to the beautiful beach (find the back path). We would like to have stayed longer!

We had the most amazing stay, the staff went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. Breakfast delivered to your suite made for relaxed easy mornings. Vivo and George are the proprietors of this hotel. Without a doubt, they are the nicest and hardest working people on the island. The hotel is beautiful and Vivo and George work hard to keep it up to their high standards. The breakfast is fresh-made each day; and, as such, get up early to get the goodies. They are delicious. I really liked the décor and hope to return very soon. While there, I will make certain to pick up more of their olive oil, preserves, and honey.
The stay at the Epiphany villas was amazing. The villa was absolutely gorgeous with with amazing amenities, and amazing pool, the food was fantastic, the service was outstanding, and any questions we had Stella answered very quickly. The app we got to use for pre-ordering breakfast, choosing pillows, finding beaches and restaurants was awesome. I would highly recommend a stay here.

The views of the Lefkada bay and the near by islands are beautiful. The pool is beautiful and the beach across the street is very nice. But the best part of the place are the hosts Georgia and Vasilis. We are frequent travelers and have stayed in lots of beautiful places but never had hosts so nice and pleasant. Higly recommended and we hope to be back soon.
The hotel is in the best location in the middle of Lefkada city around shops and restaurants and the marina. Big negative point that you are unable to access the hotel with any car, or park there , and you must walk to reach it from a public - usually full- parking. Service is above and beyond, the ladies ate all there to help and please. Very nice experience would ho back.
