"The Sofitel did not disappoint! After a week living the Island Life it was so refreshing to come to the Sofitel where the rooms were immaculate, the staff were attentive to all our needs and overall all staff were friendly to the whole family! Kids loved the friendliness of the staff members. The food for breakfast, lunch and dinner at the resort was fantastic compared to some of our Island meals and the service was exceptional each time."

"The hospitality is top tier. Fijian people are the nicest people I’ve ever met. We had a wonderful stay. The food in the restaurant was great ( definitely recommend the Fijian Lamb curry and the Lamb tikka ) the breakfast was also really really good !! The room is cleaned and spacious. This hotel is great, super close to the airport!! The staff were wonderful :-)"

"Sadly this beautiful island and wonderful staff have become victims of hierarchy neglect! Where clearly any money does not go back into the property, which is a real shame as could be a magical place. Loved the turtle nursery, large rooms and views... but the lack of supplies, cost of essentials, run down facilities and bed bugs became the unfortunate memory makers in our group 😪"

"The team at the swim up bar, Elijah and Malakai were excellent to us. Best service and always with a smile. Food was next level and compliments to the entire team across all restaurants. The standouts were La Bottega and the seafood platter at Urban Sugar. Only downfall is that about midday they keep running out of towels. Instead of just buying more towels they decided to impose a $30 charge per towel if the towel was not brought back and signed out that day. Bit rich considering the prices you already pay for accomodation and all items inside the resort. Minor inconvenience. A wonderful experience that we will definitely come back to."

"While we enjoyed aspects of our stay, we were disappointed with the housekeeping service. Our package included daily room cleaning, however during our 6-night stay the room was only serviced 2–3 times. We expected a much higher standard of housekeeping from a resort of this calibre, especially when it was included in the package we paid for. This inconsistency impacted our overall experience and is something that needs improvement."
