"When I got to the hotel and got our room it had trash all over it and when I got a new room the door was broken and the key barely worked! But the worst was when they closed the hotel down and made everyone leave, I still had one more night there and they said Expedia will refund me for that night and have not been refunded yet it’s been over a week!"
