"Clean, cozy cabins with stunning mountain views—quiet, private, and perfect for a quick escape from Bogotá. Everything worked flawlessly (hot water, comfortable bed), and check-in was smooth with responsive, helpful staff. The setting is peaceful, well-maintained, and feels like a true nature retreat.
Great value and exactly what you want for a relaxing getaway. Would definitely come back."
"The best part of the stay was the view, which is possibly the best from any location to the east of the reservoir. Otherwise, do not expect much in the way of frills. The cabin was clean. The bed was not really comfortable and felt more like a sofa bed. The fireplace (with poorly-designed chimney) does not adequately exhaust smoke from the cabin. My guess is that it would only work for a one- or (maybe) a two-log fire...anything more overwhelms its capacity for exhausting smoke. The stay...

Overall, great value for the money. The unit could definitely use a deep cleaning from wear (roof and mold) and better directions aligned with restaurant location. The breakfast was absolutely incredible and blown away by the view.
A friend recommended this hotel and it is excellent. The rooms are spotless and very modern. Great facilities - a rooftop jacuzzi, spa, bar with live music. The staff have all been helpful. The theme of the hotel is all organic which is unique. There is a nice area for shopping and dining within walking distance.
Our stay at the hotel was an excellent one. The staff was very attentive during our visit. Breakfast was delicious and complete. Although breakfast is from 6:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., our flight was at 4:00 am, they let us breakfast. Many thanks to that excellent staff!!!
In my humble opinion, it is well above the best five-star hotel destinations like New York, Los Angeles, Bogota or other destinations that have been fortunate to visit. It was a very memorable stay due to the selfless support of...
The staff was very accommodating and extremely friendly. It's in a location where they have many restaurants and bars which are off of the Main Street. In Sunday they have flea market with many crafted items for purchase.
