The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The only down side was no ac and the bar by the pool was never open. We visited during summer and the pool was busy.

What a beautiful place to stay during my travels through Europe. The room was clean and comfortable. The dining experience was amazing as I enjoyed a Bavarian dinner and a wonderful bottle of German Riesling. The Restaurant staff were very attentive and allowed me to enjoy the amazing view of the alps for as long as I needed.

Staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Location was perfect. Will stay there anytime we are in Kufstein!

We stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel is typical for the region with the added benefit of offering its guests complimentary admission to the Chiemgau Thermen (a regional wellness center with pools, spa & sauna) which we were able to take advantage of. Breakfast was a normal offering and was complete. The staff were very lovely and eager to assist if needed. They have a good functioning restaurant on site if you would like lunch or dinner. Parking can be an issue if the hotel is full. If...
