The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size. The bed was very comfortable. The restaurant was very nice and had several options for each meal. The location was very close to Wright Park, The Mansion, and the Botanical Gardens. All must see destinations.

This is a duplex with 3 bedrooms. The location was very quiet but getting there was a little treacherous because the road was bumpy and gravel. However, I would stay again for sure. The duplex was clean. We ended up with 11 people total, and there was room for us all. There's a little sari sari nearby for essentials. It's about a 2 mile walk to karinderyas with good food. The caretaker was very nice and accommodating. Overall it was a great place.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was clean, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed. The location was excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation. The host was accommodating and made check-in and check-out seamless. Would definitely stay here again!

Good location,close to tourist attractions.Safe and quiet with security guard on site. Master bedroom shower broken but hand shower was working set at warm temp.,better if main shower is working. With furnished kitchen.Electrical sockets esp.for microwave loose,have to hold cord to heat food.Property was clean.We enjoyed our stay in Baguio.

Everything was outstanding! Let's first start with the condo itself. It had a refrigerator microwave dishes shower with hot running water if you choose, a small living room with couch and a TV and a table the bedroom at a queen size bed the mattress was terrific the pillows were all so terrific and it also had a little mini space works station or a place for your female companion to put her makeup on. It’s in the heart of Baguio. Can’t beat the location and service.

The hotel, location and amenities excellent. However staffs have poor customer service. Not friendly and not welcoming.

It was very clean and organized The staff and service was great I would definitely book here again, But just wish they had a service taxi for the hotel because it's hard to find a taxi, Sometimes waiting 20 minutes for a taxi, But other than that I had a good time there!!

Stayed for 9 days. We love staying at the Chalet Baguio because as always the staff are exceptional and always so friendly and remember us from previous stays! They really do whatever we need to make our stay great and this stay was no different! Great place and location for the price! We will always return to our favorite hotel and staff! Thanks Chalet!

Great place to stay

The host was very accommodating as we arrived early and they were able to let us check in early and helped us with our bags. The place is clean and close to some attractions. If we come back to Baguio soon, we will definitely look to them first!

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. It's new but somehow it's very cozy. You feel nestled in the woods somehow and it has an ambience of a ski resort that makes you feel instantly relaxed I was too busy exploring so many places in Baguio that I didn't really get to enjoy the hotel itself and the area around it, such a a shame.
