Hotels in Mira Loma

"After I checked in, I visited the pool which was uncleaned and full of debris. Upon returning to my room, there was a maintenance worker inside that startled me. The manager called and apologized. I tried to take a shower and the water that came out smelled like sewage. Then I noticed the black mold on the walls in the bathroom. I should’ve checked out immediately, but I had a work function to attend. Returning later in the evening, I was met by several cockroaches on the walls and one on the bed. I almost never leave reviews, but this hotel is an actual public health hazard. "

"We waited an hour and room was still not ready host was rude about it. Check in time was supposed to be at 3pm and by 4pm our room was not ready.we decided to stay at another hotel "

"The staff was amazing. The room was clean. Two things that were not ok: 1. Hair, we guessed from the previous guest(s), in the tub 2. Squeaky, noisy bed frame!!!"

"This place should be burned to the ground and rebuilt. The only good thing about this place is Juan, the night manager. He made checking in quick and easy. But, when i walked in my room i was met by 3 huge cockroaches!!! I didn't even put my bags down i closed the door and went back to the lobby and told Juan. He returned my deposit and was aware of the roach problem. The sad part was trying to get a refund from Hotels.com. After calling customer service I was told that I can just be moved to a different room, and they WILL NOT refund my money. After being on the phone for almost 3 HOURS I was told the best they can do is give me the cost of my room as a voucher that I cannot use until 3/21/26. I eventually got 4 hours of sleep in my car. All this after driving for 8 hours. I don't know who worse, Hotels.com customer service or this craphole hotel?"

"Room smelled like mildew carpets, carpet felt gross and moist when you walked on it. Furniture looked old and questionable to use. Streaming services is there but you have to log in with your own personal account to have access to it and make sure you log out before check out. It just seemed like for the amount of money I really expected more from the rooms. Instead the inside looked like a run down motel from the 70’s. I told them we were a neurodivergent family before we arrived for check in and no one considered that when preparing the room or even checked to see if we needed anything or if everything was up to our needs. "

"The bed was completely wore out in room 157. There was a huge wore down spot on both sides of the mattress it was like I was sleeping in a whole. If you stay more than one night you have to service your room yourself, and the room had a musky smell. I was there on a business trip and it made my days extremely hard. The staff were less than cordial and seemed like they had a chip on their shoulder. The worst Motel 6 I have ever stayed at in my life and in the top five worst motels of my life "
