"First of all I got charged twice for the room when my guest and I use both of our cards to split the bill . We kept had to request towels the room wasn't cleaned properly I had to go but cleaning stuff to clean as well "

"Staff was friendly and attentive. Cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in for a while. Room was nice and large with well thought out storage. It was HOT in the room when we arrived and took a while to cool down as the AC was left completely off. Bit of a bummer. Breakfast was ok. Wouldn’t really call it a “buffet” as it was just a few hot options of gross premixed gravy, biscuits, cold grits, sausage was good, those weird rehydrated eggs. Wasn’t able to make a waffle since they only had one waffle maker and way too many guest. Anyways, we still liked it there. Cleanliness and staff trumped the “meh” breakfast. "

"Non smoking rooms smell like smoke. Shopping carts everywhere along with beer bottles and empty boxes. Disgusting. "
