"I put excellent because whomever was at the front desk was so kind and helpful to us on the phone. We made reservations but we had an ice storm and couldn't even get out of our driveway, much less our street, so we couldn't make it to the hotel. When I called to cancel the staff associate was extremely kind and cancelled our reservation. "
