This hotel is incredible!! so close to city center and all main attractions in Cartagena . I one hundred percent recommend it, staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast , pool restaurant , carta ajena and rooftop were excellent also so sophisticated. We had a wonderful stay at Casa Lola! Couldn't be happier with our choice this year. We normally stay at one of the luxury hotels in town but it was not available during our travel dates, so we decided to stay at Casa Lola and had the most amazing experience. Loved the decor, food, and service. We will definitely go back next year!
Staff was AMAZING!! Definitely went above and beyond! The manager Mr. Sheik Rojas was very accommodating and friendly. They made our stay extremely memorable especially for my fiancé's BDAY. Will definitely be back. Hotel is safe and in the heart of EVERYTHING!!! Yes, it can be loud at night but we love to people watch and so it didn't bother us when it was time to sleep. My friend and I (2 women) stayed one night and felt safe and looked after by staff. Our room was large and clean. We felt we were among locals and not in a tourist enclave. The best part was being able to walk to the airport for our morning departure flight with no worries about being there on time due to traffic.
We got the room with the view of Castillo De San Felipe and was amazing.The room was so big and nice.Hot water,nice bath.Near by the Mall.

Not really a 5 star hotel. Area around the hotel could use more security. More police. Don’t bother going to the beach- you’ll be swarmed by every local there trying to make a quick buck. I say to everyone order Ubers not yellow cabs. And have them pull right into the hotels front lobby. The food is pretty mid. Friendly staff at least. Attentive. Don’t think I’ll stay here again.
