"2nd time staying here and had a beautiful spacious room, thank you! Staff really welcoming and we went to the NYE event which was fab! The 1st time we stayed in November, they charged us for wine glasses which I think is a little unfair. I think a deposit should be sufficient. But we came again and our 2nd visit really made up for it. Lovely decor and so clean. Car parking is a little difficult though but location fantastic and breakfast was lovely! We will come again "

"First class hotel in the rose town of Isparta. Attached to a shopping mall with various eateries. The hotel itself did a lovely buffet breakfast or you could order a fresh omelette of your choice. "When we arrived the owner didnt accept our expedia booking and charged more than twice the money. He said he has nothing to do with expedia and we should cancel with expedia. Then he threatened us and we felt very unsafe. Horrible place. Everything cheap inside"
