"The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, helpful, and kid-friendly complete with suckers! The room was a bit musty, but it was clean and presentable. The hot tub was very relaxing and hot, but the pool was chilly. The staff worked quickly to bring out fresh food! Overall a nice stay!"

"My initial room was not cleaned properly. The bed looked wrinkled and like the maid just remade it from the previous guest. The towels looked used and refilled to try and look new. No makeup remover supplies like in the second room. A dirty bathroom sink with makeup and hair. The front desk was very kind and was able to give me another room that was properly cleaned and turned around for the next guest. But the hassle of changing rooms late at night with all my things was exhausting and unnecessary. The water in the giant water dispenser in the lobby did not taste right. "
