"Always a good time staying here. The rooms are clean and the property is well taken care of. Miss Saigon restaurant is in the same parking lot and has great food and service. We made the journey to Montgomery Woods and nearly got lost in the forest. We stay at Days Inn a couple times per year. Low Gap park is also a hidden gem. "

"I have stayed at the Skylark whenever I visit Lakeport. The rooms are always clean, beds pretty comfortable and the is staff friendlyand helpful. My only complaint would be the pillows are a bit flat for my liking."

"The room was clean and the bed was absolutely comfortable. It was quiet setting, The pool and hot tub was perfect and the front desk was very pleasant and helpful and they made you feel very welcome and comfortable. I highly recommend for a place of quiet downtime. 💞"

"There were pubic hairs in the shower bottom, along with long curly head hair wrapped around the shower faucet. The room was dark, and I was still able to see that it had been a long time since someone dusted or looked at the top of the curtains. The cobwebs appeared to have been there for a very long time. "

"Our room was on the second floor. My husband is disabled. Came to find out the owner had not maintained the elevator for 4 years because he’s too cheap to apply for inspection it has to be fixed. Room sleeps 3 and the bed had no blankets sheets or pillows. The very kind kitchen prepper( no staff on hand and no WiFi info) got us a blanket that had a bowling ball size hole right in the middle. The all paper was peeling on all walls and corners. Room 205. I had to make four trips up 2 flights with luggage and one with my disabled husband which took 30 minutes. It’s quite a sh— hole. The mini frig fell out of its cubby face down onto the floor. "

"The room is very tired. Large carpet stain in front of the doorway. (Probably from a dog.) TV poor reception. Microwave from 1980(?) yellowed and turn dial for time. The coffee maker was an old Mr. Coffee with melted top forma curling iron. I selected this hotel over a Super * based upon pictures that were obviously old. "
