"The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was clean and as expected. We were driving home from Florida and so were happy breakfast was open at 6:30am. For a hotel of this type, it was probably the best breakfast I have ever had. Good job Holiday Inn in Waterville!"

"The facility overall was nice; however, there was a major issue with the toilet in the room, which was malfunctioning and would continue to clog, requiring my wife and me to use a plunger every time it was used. Also, the fire alarm went off at 2:00 am, requiring an evacuation during a rainstorm. Overall, not impressed. "
