We did arrive with 24 persons in our party, all stayed at The Riu Vallarta, as we got married at Karen’s Place Restaurant on March 8th…was disappointed that we actually had to PAY FOR AN UPGRADE to our room, it was not offered complimentary as a thank you for bringing so many guests with us. "2nd stay at Marival & very enjoyable. The buffet food is very good with lots of choices & the à la carte restaurants, Amalfi & Silk are excellent 5 star. Staff are very friendly & helpful. Lots of young families but the adult pool is quiet. The only concern is that the bathroom cleaning in our room could have been better. "
