Hotels in Willow Springs

"Place look shady inside and out, homeless people at the front, suspicious people waiting in parking lot. Loud hallways, weird light temperature. More like a slightly renovated motel than an actual hotel, can’t believe this is from Marriott."

"Not enough parking, lights were dim and the sink was leaking. The staff was helpful and nice, the beds were comfy and shower was good. "

"The in and out of the property was clean and organized. Continental breakfast was very good. The hot water temp was erratic; it was hard to get the the temperature to stay persistent during the shower. No ev charger. "

"This was the most pleasant experience! The check in was outstanding because of "J".. she went above and beyond to make sure our room was perfect. The hotel is in my opinion the nicest we have stayed at in Lancaster. I would highly recommend this hotel!!"
