Get the front of the property looking better, you will have a 10/10 property. The property had No Vacancy the Monday/Tuesday night we were there, So book in advance. "This is a great motel to stay at. The room we had was spacious and very clean. The location of the motel is another plus.
It's right across the street from the Old Town Hot Springs (which they have discounted rates) and right next to 3rd Street in case you are going to Strawberry Hot Springs.
Besides easy access to the Hot Springs, it is in downtown Steamboat Springs, so everything is within walking distance.
As I mentioned, the room and bathroom were clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The buildings and grounds are well maintained.
We will definitely be staying there again next year when we visit Strawberry Hot Springs."
