"Nothing other than the staff was acceptable. The electricity went out just 8 hours into our 2 day stay and was not restored when we finally moved to another hotel after waiting over 14 hours for electrical reatoration. None of this was the fault of hotel staff, however was very stressful for my and my husband. My husband had had surgery early that morning and was to rest there until the next morning. It became an untenable situation and we moved to another hotel, which was very difficult. The staff has worked with Expedia to issue a refund for one of the two days, for which we are very grateful. My suggestion would be a back up generator that would allow the entire hotel to have electical service during an outage. "

"It was spacious and warm. Met all of our needs for our trip and the staff was nice and accommodating. Out room had a pungent cigarette smell… but nothing some fabreeze couldn’t fix. Would definitely stay there again. "

"The breakfast was a grab and go. It wasn't really that great, and it is the dirtiest, most rundown, howard johnson, I have ever stayed at. I couldn't even heat up my frozen jimmy dean breakfast sandwich because the microwave didn't work right. They also didn't seem to care much about the drug.Addicts and homeless hanging around the building. I feel like I paid far too much for the services. I did not get the second morning.I couldn't even take a shower because I wasn't getting any hot water. Plus there were rust stains, and who knows what other kind of stains in the bathtub? It was disgusting. I'm glad I brought my own blanket because I didn't even want to sleep under the covers. "

" This is a new property, and they are still working some of the bugs out. The coffee maker in our room did not work. Very clean and the staff is very friendly. The "Casino" is basic with mostly digital gaming and a few tables. "
