This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff was unbelievable. Anything you need they handle with so much care. Whether you are out at the jacuzzi looking over the lake and they are bringing you drinks, or getting all of your clothes cleaned and pressed for a wedding, everything they do is top notch. We loved the large outdoor lap swimming pool and enjoyed buying beverages and food poolside. The breakfast buffet was excellent and included espresso drinks to order. Their on-site reatiwas truly special, both regarding food and service.

Elena & Monika are exceptional hosts that went above and beyond to make us feel as if we were visiting family friends. Upon arrival (which was after 20.00) we were personally greeted by Elena who assisted us with bags & offered to prepare the hot tub for us to relax after a long drive. She also recommended a few great restaurants that were still open & knew Elena so they offered us a discount!...

A uniquely designed villa, David Hockney inspired ( bright colors flow with music). So clean that I thought we were the first users ( turns out it was reconstructed 5 years ago).
We had to leave very early ( 7:15) for our flight, so the owner woke up very early to serve us the excellent breakfast. Glad we didn’t miss it. It was delicious
Cute old hotel in close walking relation to the train station, many restaurants and the castle. The hotel is old and it shows but that is what we were expecting in this quaint town outside of Rome. The staff are so very friendly and helpful and the included breakfast was fresh and good. Well worth the nominal charge for the night.
This is an amazing place with lots of nature. Very helpful and kind family and caretakers of the place. Taxi is difficult here but they were able to manage us get one.

Great resting spot. Hard to find, but very comfortable. Staff, the owners, go 110%. Such good people. Breakfast was relaxing and complete. Glad we stayed.
The staff was really nice gave us ideas of things to do. Made us feel like family. The dinner was good. The breakfast was excellent with plenty to eat. The room was spacious and very clean. They have plenty of parking. Finding it was not the easiest but GPS will get you there.
You will simply not find another B&B like this. Federica is like visiting your sister or a kindly friend. She will make you breakfast every morning whatever you like and you can eat it on your cute little balcony. This hotel is very close to the lake and all restaurants within a few minutes walk. Close to the city, but in the country and a relaxed quiet atmosphere. The room was great, the staff were always very helpful and knowledgeable. The shuttle can pick you up from and to Rome and the airport, we rented a car from the airport though and I would highly recommend a smart phone with a routing app if attempting to drive to the hotel through the myriad of unmarked country roads and navigate them without getting lost...as I did! I would stay there again in a heartbeat!
