Would like to praise staff - Puvan (staff who was cleaning), Kawalan and staff who was on duty on 11 Feb noon at the carpark gantry. They were especially courteous and helpful. "We had no idea what to expect as we booked last minute without doing any research nor looking at pictures. Also the name, One & Only Desaru, is somewhat non-descript, it doesn't evoke much... This is a 5-star resort, an oasis secluded from the world, large luxurious villas, private beaches and all -- and also, I guess, from paparazzis! That kind of a place. Top, top, top. Will return for sure."
