"I called before I ever arrived and let them know someone else would be checking in before me as I was running late. When he arrived they told him they cancelled our room because we hadn’t shown up early enough. Check-in goes until midnight and it was only 7 pm. It was a busy weekend with people in town for a festival so they said they didn’t have any rooms. They eventually found a room, not the same as what I had booked, and charged us MORE than the original price for a room with less space. I’m not sure how they’ve changed their practices, but I’ll never be coming back."

"Pulled up to check in after being at an outdoor event all day and was told my room was not available because they were overbooked. They said this happens a lot through Expedia. I would like my money back please and thank you. I had to make the almost 2 hour drive home for the four day event instead of having a place to stay only 16 mins away. I will be expecting a full refund, thank you."

"Upon arrival and checking in my debit card wasn’t working since we were in a different state. The staff at the desk was very very helpful with this and let me pay in cash without any hassle. The room we were in was very clean. The location was very convenient with shopping all around and was right off the interstate. Would definitely return if I’m in the area again."

"Sewer backup flooded courtyard and pool. Pumping contaminated pool water to field behind motel. Didn’t attempt to clean courtyard (indoor) smelled of sewage, apaper and sewage still visible after 2 days. Left a day early and would entertain a refund . I have pictures and I am sending to Ohio department of health."
