"Staff was amazing, didn’t like that they did advertise they have 3 restaurants with winter hours but when we got there they didn’t actually have them all open. That should be changed to reflect what is actually open. Even still on their information pages in the room it says it’s open but only once you talk to the front desk staff it was them who informed us that they weren’t open due to low season. Also the fridge in our room was never cold, we had to order ice every day to keep our water cold. Us Canadians don’t like warm drinks. €5 a bucket and it was not good quality ice. That’s about the only down fall. "

They allowed me to check in early and had decorated the room with messages and even gave me a little sweet treat. Nothing was too difficult for them to sort out and they went above and beyond for me. The room was very big, clean and the bed very very comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic!! One of the best I’ve ever had in a hotel. The spa facilities were great and I had a wonderful detox massage. I can’t wait to return with my husband and family. Thank you for making my trip. "
