"Friendly staff, screwed up my request for a handicap room which I need. Stingy with towels for two and toilet clogged at 3:30 am first night, the ice was always clear, room clean. I am 5’8” tall and i find hotel beds are very high. ⚠️They do need to recheck their electrical, my husband and I both carry and need to charge 2 ea of kindle, laptops, tablets, phones and watches, my side of the bed only had 1 of 4 outlets that worked and my lamp was plugged into that. "It was close to the outlets. There were a few restaurants around and close to the town of Delaware. It smelled overly clean. Which wasn’t a bad thing. The blinds in our needed replaced but did their job. I would stay there again"

"The room was very large and well appointed. The staff was fantastic. We had a cocktail in the bar and it was on point. There’s also a steakhouse, conveniently located across the parking lot where we had a delicious meal.We will definitely return to this hotel for our stays in Columbus."
