The staff and breakfast buffet were wonderful. A short walk to the river and lovely scenery all around. It was nice having a balcony off the room.

The proprietor is also the chef and a world class one. He was extremely accommodating in getting us into our rooms early. The evening three course menu was so good that we took the beef for our lunch when we left. Great stay

The hotel was wonderful. It was very comfortable and in a quiet location. The check in was contact-less, which was a bit confusing for me, but worked out well. Parking was a bit difficult as there are limited spaces in front of the hotel. There is additional parking down by the river but we did not realize this when first getting there. Had an awesome one night stay here. Clean, friendly team, all that we needed in the room, great location, and easy access to the bus system. Loved the town! Quaint, fun shops, nice people. The baked items at the Friday market are the bomb!

As if being in a castle isn’t awesome enough, the staff is so friendly, accommodating and helpful. The grounds and rooms were exceptional. Gorgeous. The restaurant for dinner had amazing food and service. I honestly can’t say enough about this property. Two thumbs up, 5 stars, whatever best ratings I can possibly give for a hotel - I bestow upon this hotel. You absolutely MUST stay here, even if for just a day. It’s totally worth it!

We traveled by car from Trier to Konlenz. This was our 3rd stay. By far the best. It is outside town but the facility and view was the best!

What a wonderful property- beautiful, clean and good location. Christiana was lovely and welcoming. Our room was large, especially by European standards, with a gorgeous bathroom - very luxurious.
