"I believe at one point, some time ago, this was a 4 star “resort”. Not anymore. Our A/C did not work and they could not fix it while we were there. No real bar area and would have to give them a period of time to use the spa (to heat things up). Staff was friendly and did what they could. "

However, the room next door had poor sound insulation on the night I stayed, which slightly affected my sleep quality. The room and facilities are a bit dated, so travelers who prefer a more modern style may want to confirm their room type in advance."

"Ceiling was leaking in the bathroom causing the floor to have puddles of water. Extremely dangerous. Service staff on the whole was good, unfortunately when they could have really helped out they chose to be short sighted and cheap. Would not return to that establishment. "
