"Pristine room with a very comfy bed. The thermostat was simple to adjust and the a/c was quiet. Bathroom was clean and well equipped. "

"Close to airport….very convenient. Shuttle does not come until 4:00. "

"No airport shuttle as advertised. I figured this out the day before check in because I had called to hotel to determine if there a reservation for the shuttle was needed or if we just called when we arrived? This was our primary reason for booking this hotel as we were traveling with our children a bed luggage for a cruise so Ubers,etc needed to be large to have enough space. When we tried to get a refund we were told to call hotels.com only to spend hours in chats and phone calls with zero resolution. Pool not operating. The bathroom as well as outdoors throughout the property had a smell of sewage. Front desk staff were very nice. Breakfast was not impressive but ok. "
