"Beautiful hotel, a little out of the way, but there is a free shuttle twice a day to their other property at the foot of Luis Bridge, book early as space is limited. The breakfast is amazing! "

"A small but well run hotel. 4 stars maybe an overly flattering term. I believe it has a rather dated set up with standard amenities. Staff were polite and helpful. In all, it's got everything but somehow lacked charm and sophistication. Bus stops, metro and eateries are very close within a few minutes' walking distances. Shame they provided free shuttle service to/from airport not suitable for night arrival or departure."

"It's a bit old school with the design, and a very slow single working lift, but I liked it rather alot. The view from my 12th floor room was incredible, and the breakfast was really good."
