"Leider war die Zufahrt von 2Seiten gesperrt, so dass teure Telefonate geführt werden mussten. Eine sehr freundliche Angestellte holte uns per Auto ab und schob alle Absperrgitter beiseite! Die Zimmervergabe war sehr sehr langsam, im Zweierzimmer erhielten wir ein upgrade (danke), die vier Personen mussten mindestens eine Viertelstunde warten, um mitsamt Koffern wieder zurück in einen älteren Teil des Hotels an der obern Strasse das Zimmer zu beziehen! "Our stay at Club Esse Sporting was disappointing. We got back both nights after 9PM, so there was no point complaining, but we found dirty sheets on arrival. Thankfully, the cleaning ladies noticed and changed them the next day. There were plumbing issues. The toilet didn’t flush, there was a bad smell, and all the water went into the shower. "The property is designed for mass tourism, but was only about 5% full when we were there. All pretty good. Might be hectic in August "

"The main areas are renovated nicely and are clean. The rooms are dated and dingy. The beach umbrellas are expensive, and for 70 euros the selection shouldn’t be limited to the trashy section near the boat dock. Food was great, and the cost of dinner was reasonable. It would be more convenient to allow the bar in the hotel to bill directly to the room so that guests don’t have to carry their wallet. The staff are all lovely. "
