"An excellent experience in every way: warm welcome, pleasant room with sea view, dinner reservation at short notice, generous menu (dinner and breakfast) with quality ingredients and friendly service. Check-out arrangements were so easy and the car could remain on site for an extended time whilst we continued to enjoy our day in Sidmouth. The “help yourself “ sweetie bar was a generous touch and much appreciated."

"An amazing old 16 th century hotel right in the middle of everything. Great friendly staff all of whom made us and my dog really really welcome. Great place to stay. Room was clean though the bathroom sink took a while to drain. Parking was good enough and as I had the dog with me our breakfast was served in the bar which was really very nice. Great place to stay"
