"Staff was super friendly. However, the room we stayed in, the curtain didn’t cover The whole windows. The sun was shining bright at 6 am. We didn’t get in until 1 am so we really needed our sleep. Please fix the curtains in room 113!"

"Was not able to check in in time. Breakfast had no taste. I couldnt get the hot water to work. Trying to use the tv was impossible. Pool was to small along with the hot tub. "

"Sadly, the room was not very clean, the a/c heater unit only worked on fan. The buttons to adjust heat and cooling and on/off were gone. Had to unplug it to keep cold air from blowing all night. Got down to 26 degrees outside at night. Room was chilly. No hair dryer. Half used container of shower gel. Stained towels. Funky smell. Have upcoming business this summer in Northfield, but won't be coming back to this hotel."
