“Spacious room, friendly and helpful staff and excellent service!”

“Really great location and adorable place with a lot of charm. The staff was great and helpful, the breakfast was good, and they help our bags overnight for our one night trip to Aqua Calientes. Highly recommend! Only small issue was that our room for our second night was just next to the road, so we could hear cars rumbling down the cobble stones all night. If you're a light sleeper, it might be worth requesting a room on the other side of the courtyard.”

“fair room feature, poor service. fair breadfast. there was one night room with no water at 8pm, went down to reception to ask is problem in my room, and wait for 30 mins still no feedback, and have to go down to reception to ask again, and finally said it is the city issue, entire street with no water until next day 4am, i was shocked since not even have water to flush toilet and ask if there bottle water provided, reception only said she need ask boss then also no feedback again. please train……

“The room is clean and cosy. However, the ventilation is bad if the window is closed. Also, the noise from the other room was heard. Staff there are very nice, coca tea was provided at checkin and the room is available even before checkin time. There are only limited food choices for breakfast. However, packed breakfast is available if need to leave early.”

“The property is charming and the staff is great. They go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Slight inconveniences is the property is part of an overall commercial building so your access to enter the bldg during very early and very late hours must work around the staff letting you in & out. They ask you control the water use and leave lights & a/c off when not needed. All understandable but many people don’t to feel controlled by basic essentials in a hotel.”

“Very spacious room. Accommodating - allowed us to store baggage while we did a 5-day trek. Eclectic decor - mixing modern and historic details. Great location. Offered us a box lunch when we had to check out very early in the morning before breakfast was served.”

“We were arranged to room near traffic road. It was a bit noisy. We struggled between natural ventilation (since no air conditioning in hotel) and noise isolation. Opening window, too noisy. Close window, stagnant air.”
