Hotels in Lakeshore

"No longer provide coffee in room - must go to dining room. It is free, but very inconvenient. They have two machines that only make coffee when you put in your “order.” So you will wait during busy times. I booked two rooms and put notes to that effect on BOTH reservations. Still weren’t together at check in. Limited parking. Lot totally full when we returned in the evening. Had to park in adjacent business parking. That’s not okay. "

"Hotel was fine. Problem was reservation management. I booked a room in mycar on way to hotel and paid for it as I had no plan tk cancel or change and when I got there 30 minutes later I found out that I hit the wrong date. I booked it for the following night. Receptionist was no help. I called Hotels.com they said they had to get Rodeway in reservations to change the date to current night. They refused to change it. I then had to pay for another night. They are that desperate. Hotel.com said they would request a refund. Rodeway Inn again refused to issue a refund. What pitiful customer service for a simple mistake and can't believe they are that desperate to steal $100 from me. I will never stay at another Rodeway Inn. or use Hotel.com ever again. I have used Hotel.com for years but now that Expedia bought them out they suck."

"Stay was great except for some people staying in a room down the way. They acted like the parking lot was theirs and were rude when a family parks in front of their room. Mind you parking spaces are assigned and one space per room. They had their crap strewn across three parking spaces. I could have said something to the host but was there just two day. Had I been staying longer I would have said something."

"Looks nothing like the pictures online. The majority of the hotel doesn't have doors or windows and is stacked up with old furniture and garbage. Pool is empty. Bugs in the dresser."

"Properly welcomed our pet. Front desk staff were professional and very courteous. Staff kept breakfast area and coffee station cleanly. Room was clean and spacious"

"A lot of work has been done at this property , more still needs to be done. Still , a very good value for the price. Clean , but could have been cleaner. Owners are 75% completed with upgrades , when completed , they could get 20-30 more per night. Would stay again at last price. "
