"The rooms were great layout with living room and walking shower, and clean but I would prefer a little more comfortable bed. The hotel Walker restaurant not only more affordable but was also better than the fancy steakhouse next door. The pork chop dinner was amazing and more attentive service despite having two staff at steakhouse. "

"Do not recommend They canceled our reservation 15 minutes prior to check in. All hotels were booked. Terrible customer service Do not stay here!! We travelled 4 hours to Zach Bryan concert & all lodging was sold out! Had ti scramble last minute to find an Air bnb 45 minutes away. "

"Room was nice and clean, bed was comfortable, and room was exactly what was shown. The shower water was not real warm in the morning but at night it would almost burn you. The neighbor was very loud all night but they left after the first night. "

"It's an old Hotel, well kept but to me doesn't meet today's standards. Nice bathroom, OK bed. I did not like the area, lots of homeless and buildings that are not occupied. Did not venture to go for a walk anywhere. In general it looks like Louisville is going downhill. Churchill Downs experience was excellent. No simple breakfast, only expensive at the Hotel Lobby."
