"Hotel could be good,but staff are clueless and rude. They are so tight they complained when i asked for a toilet roll. PATHETIC"

"This is a really good hotel. The staff are amazing, the room was very comfortable and the sky bar is excellent! The breakfast was good but not spectacular. I enjoyed a fresh omelette every morning so i couldn't complain. There is also plenty of choice. The biggest issue for me wasn't the hotels fault. It is just a bit too far out if Alicante centre for me. We would look to stay somewhere closer next time. "

"Rooms were modern, clean ,spacious and light. Good choice at breakfast although felt abit claustrophobic as no windows in breakfast room. Great position opposite the market for exploring Alicante. Would recommend 👌 "

"We have stayed here before, this time we had a suite and sun bathed on the balcony it was so big. We couldn't fault snything. Ideally located to many eateries and about 1t minute drive from the airport. The staff are helpful and rooms are cleaned daily. "

"Spa wasn’t what we expected but it did the trick to help us relax. It would have been helpful for staff to let us know things at check in like how to work the lights and spa key. "
