The bus from Ioannina dropped us off across the road at the ferry terminus which was very convenient. Excellent value and very central to everything. "I loved the location and how big the room was. We had booked a suit with see view, however see view was minimal. The room wasn’t very clean, we found leftover fruit in the fridge from previous guest and kettle was full of scale, it was so dirty that we actually had to go out and buy white vinegar in order to clean it as we were boiling water for our baby. The cot provided initially was broken and the base had to be changed to one that was okay. We had booked half board, food was tasty, however...

"Booked this for myself and 2 teenage daughters so they could go party and i could R& R. It didnt disappoint! Rooms are spacious & clean with everything you need. Its a 10 min walk from the strip so far enough away from the rowdiness of Kavos if you want a quiet break. The beach is literally the back garden and the pool is never too busy with comfortable loungers to sit on. The family do their utmost to make your stay be the best it can be. Nothing is too much trouble! They really make you feel...

"The pictures online does not show how good this place is. 2,5 floors. So seperate floor for the kids to stay. Quiet. Clean. Short walk down to restaurants and harbor. Syvota is probably the best destination int his region. Stay away from the harbor restaurants. Spiros half way down is hands down the best we tried. And so cheap. Best beaches are to the south of the city. By car about 5 minutes. Wish we would have stayed a lot longer here! "

"What a great find! The studio rooms we had were excellent - very comfortable bed, fluffy towels, very modern bathroom and a small kitchenette. We also had a balcony. Our rooms were cleaned every day. The pool was also great and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend."
