"Smoothest check in I had in a while ! First time in Seoul for a long layover. Clerk was helpful and kind. They have a 24h snack bar for guests. Bathrooms have a bidet !! Super comfortable bed. Shuttle was also very smooth - but only goes to incheon airport. Highly recommend "
