"Everyone at FS Chiang Mai was amazing. Every single person was friendly, kind, hospitable, made effort to learn my name and greet me with a friendly conversation each time I saw them.
My only feedback would be that the promotions sheet in room didn't quite align with the spa. Spa was amazing, my therapist had magical hands, but didn't quite get the promo applied. Even so, still had an amazing experience.

The room was spacious and clean, yet felt very cosy and welcoming. And I loved the balcony with a view of the mountains.
The small breakfast buffet was delicious. It had fresh salad, a different Thai dish each day, along with French toast and sausage/ham. You could also request eggs cooked to order. And the coffee was delicious.
