"Parking fee is crazy ,rooms r clean ,housekeeping was very nice . I just don’t like that our bathroom has no airvents so when someone uses the bathroom ,the smell can’t escape . The AC unit is very loud.we like that the hotel is close to campus "
"Very comfortable stay, especially after a long day at universal studios. Great customer service. The room was clean and modern. There is a shuttle that takes you to the park and city walk, but you can also easily walk there in 10 minutes. The metro subway is also a quick 5 to 10 minute walk as well. "

"Great property on quiet street but just a few blocks to the Pier and other Santa Monica action. Our first room was a bit noisy due to street construction so we moved to a different room the second night and everything was perfect. Super friendly staff at check-in and valet. Rooftop restaurant is an amazing place to watch sunset! "
