Pousada Bahia Tambor is a great option. Well located, service out of 10! The Pousada offers some amenities - we got drinks in 3 restaurants we visited. I will certainly return."

"It is only a couple minute walk to 2nd beach where most of the action is but it is also steps away from where people meet up for activities such as the must do “Volta a islã” day boat ride around the island where you get to stop by spots one more amazing than the other."

"Pior experiência que já tive em um hotel na minha vida. Quando chegamos tinha hóspedes de outro quarto com som na maior altura, depois de muito insistir e brigar na recepção eles abaixaram. Depois resolvesos usar a banheira privativa do quarto e estava com muita sujeira e falaram que a equipe de limpeza só vinha no dia seguinte. Não saia água quente nem no chuveiro nem na banheira. E a pior coisa de todas, o quarto estava infestado de baratas, foram mais de 10, tenho fotos e vídeos pra provar....

"We arrived at noon. Our room was ready at 2PM. We ordered drinks and food from the restaurant. There was only one bartender so drinks were slow. Food was decent. This hotel seems to split the island between loud and quiet. Great location."

"Would choose Passargada again! Spectacular sunset from the restaurant deck and pool, friendly staff, convenient beach towels, super comfy pillows and nice linens. Also great AC and hammock on balcony. Only downside is if you’re looking for total quiet this may not be the place for you as there was often music and sounds from the wharf and plaza nearby. Didn’t bother us, but a heads up for others."
