"We were very stressed prior to pulling into the hotel. The staff, spacious and beautiful lobby and wonderful room relaxed us instantly! Although, we didn’t like the fact we had to pay $20 to park. But, other than that, we had a wonderful stay!"

"We were in Cleveland for our son's wedding. This hotel was recommended by a friend who loves the "happy hour" every evening as well as the breakfast. Unfortunately we were unable to enjoy happy hour but were able to have breakfast Saturday morning. I know the breakfast hours are different on the weekend but it would have been nice to have the hours extended until at least checkout time. My only other gripe was the cost for valet parking. I know it costs a lot to park in Cleveland but for cost of the rooms, it would have been nice to get some kind of "perk" as we had to park 2 cars. Other than that, the hotel was spectacular !"

"We traveled with our dog Lucy who was welcomed just like we were, the staff was so friendly and accommodating we immediately felt like we found our "go to" place in Cleveland. The intimacy and scale of the hotel was what we enjoyed the most, along with the friendlyness of the staff. We will definitely be back!"

"It’s a lovely hotel with welcoming staff and clean accommodations. It’s in the Playhouse area with a lot of theaters and places to eat. We walked to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in about 20 min. The Arcade was a few blocks away and a grocery store as well. Best place to stay for its walkability."
