"This hotel gave me a home in Boston . It is beautiful, very clean, excellent service and excellent food. The staff were all very helpful , thoughtful and kind. I am 70 years old and I had to travel alone. The general manager Agnes set the example and I saw her greet people inside and outside the hotel. She and front desk staff and restaurant folks each helped me feel happy and at home! Excellent location of hotel in Boston. I plan to return ! Maureen Christianson"

"So luxurious with a fabulous staff. I had a very nice room with a terrible view of the top of a parking garage, but I still enjoyed the room! Top-notch service. Brunch options could be a little heartier, I’m a fussy chef! Truly enjoyed my stay!"

"Stayed here for the Boston Marathon. It's about as close as you can get to the finish line. Great view of the Public Garden. Everything is new and clean. Luxurious, but the staff are friendly and not snooty like some of the fancy Boston hotels."

"We stayed here to sleep. Overall it was a good experience. We like the convenience of the location in Central Square, Cambridge. Although the rooms are surprisingly quiet (minimal noise from the street) we did hear periodic "rumbling" starting around 6 AM presumably from the T which runs underground. "
