"Room was clean, plenty of towels, very friendly staff especially the front desk staff. Clean property, well maintained. Highly recommended A++"

"The property is run down. Leaks dank water from the second floor down to the first and is left to stagnate. Constant smell of marijuana throughout the property. The room had rotted walls with huge brown spots at the bottom of the wall. Strong musky odor in the room was overwhelming. The staff members were friendly enough. However, it was a terrible experience overall"

"The young lady at the front desk was extremely rude. The carpet in the lobby and hallway were very dirty. The blue carpet in the room was so dirty that it had a stripe of black dirt in all the walkways. The bathroom was disguised. There was hair all over the place and the toilet had feces on it. The breakfast was very nice. You could tell whoever put the breakfast together did a very good job. The endless coffee In the lobby was great. The room was just old and grungy. The chair in the room had stains all over it. I definitely felt dirty when we left. I made sure to Lysol all of my suitcases when we got home."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. We went to the bar and set outside. The gentlemen that was working the bar was very helpful and so nice. The rooms are clean and nice. Perfect view of the beach and access to the beach perfect. I would say it was a wonderful stay. The drinks and food are pricey but we expected that being right where it is."
