"the room didn't have a phone to call front desk. The parking lot was very steep and bumpy. We were on motorcycles so this was a problem. The washing machine was broken. The hotel advertised breakfast on weekends, from May 1 thru September but there was no breakfast available. We were there on Saturday May 9th. The desk clerk said the owners weren't prepared to serve. They did offer a shuttle but the fee was $25 per person."

"The heater and phone wasn’t working correctly so we changed rooms. In my opinion the staff should have brought me keys to the new room and offered to help change rooms. I was asked to come get them. The new room the TV wasn’t working and the hostess came to trouble shoot to get it successfully working. She was pleasant"

"We took our niece (14) and nephew (11) on a spring break trip as their Christmas gift. The resort had everything we were looking for. We rented a 3 bedroom cabin with a 4th bed in the pull out couch. The cabin was clean, had a full-sized refrigerator and stove/oven for cooking, plenty of seating in the living space for the 4 of us, and had a great view of the water. We sat on the porch and watched the sun set over the water. It turned out to be 95 deg while we were there, but the cabin had air conditioning that worked well. The fire pit was supplied with wood so we were able to grill hot dogs and makes s'mores. The Wi-Fi worked well. It was the first week open for the season, so it wasn't busy like I'm sure it is once summer comes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. The resort is a few miles from town and restaurants, but we bought groceries for our stay before we got to the resort and cooked simple meals instead of driving into town to eat out."
