"Hotel was just ok. Small but expected in NYC. However, lobby was hot. Front desk not always manned and no way to get in touch. No front desk number easily available to call. No one ever answered the "chat" that is available online. My room was stocked with off-brand cofee pods and ALL decaf. Very disappointed in the morning. No one from the front desk ever responded to me to refill with med or dark roast caffeinated coffee--and I was there for 2 nights. No water in rooms. Paper cups. Old, sticky hairdryer that barely worked. Old fridge that was difficult to access and didn't get very cold. Old AC unit. Shower escheteons coming out of wall. "

"Room was clean and comfortable. Shower was amazing. The water machine was top class. Every staff member was incredible. Very centrally located with the subway being very close a walking was comfortable in every direction. Perfect stay for us and we will be back. "

"The furniture of the room , the paint was peeling off The staff that spoke Spanish were really friendly. First time I had to pay $10 dollars to storage a bag pack for a couple hours . Over all is good and close to Time square ,the bus station that goes to airport and Hop on Bus"
