"Clean and functional. TV was very old school. Elevator was ridiculously slow. OK but not great."

"If I could leave a negative 10 stars on this hotel I would. The website doesn't show the actual photo's location. In a very unsafe environment. The room was nasty smelled as if someone died, and was cleaned with embalming fluid. We left less than 15 minutes of checking enough time to grab bags and head as fast as we checked. We are still fighting for a refund for our NO stay Charge. We booked thru Expedia and still no word. The hotel insists they couldn't refund us do to booking thru Expedia. It's been over 19 days, no word nothing. Awful experience never ever again! Lesson learned!"

"Staff was friendly, but not knowledgeable about the area. Traveled with a pet. Had a good amount of grass, but area was rundown. Hotel was a little difficult to find as you basically had to go through a strip mall. Hotel room we were in good use a little updating, but was clean. "

"Paint failure in the bathroom, had chips falling off while showering. The carpet trim came off with no hesitation."

"The room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast is waffles, English muffins, tiny muffins, yogurt, oatmeal, apples, cereal, and juice. I wish the pool were open later in the evening, it closes at 10. It's overall a good hotel for the budget guest, comfortable and clean. And not run down. I felt like parking was reasonably safe as well. "

"Apples and oranges in a dish next to tea, coffee and water. The rooms all have mildew or mold growing on the the windows. The night stand had dried up liquid that wasn't ours on it and the pull out had crumbs etc in it. The blanket we were given for the pull out sofa had unidentifiable stuff matted on it. "
