Salt Lake has come a long way since I first started going there - Restaurants are good - Bars are real Bars now not Membership clubs with silly rules. Transportation to and from the massive Airport is super easy. Close to the Mountains. Very Nice

We came to this location especially for the natural history museum and we had a great time there. They had someone out in front with a telescope to look at the moon as we were leaving the museum and the dinosaur exhibits are amazing!

We've been to SLC several times in the past 1-2 years and have only stayed in and explored the SugarHouse and University areas. There's great food options, walking, biking, shopping and we like the short/easy drive to Park City.

There were a lot of unhoused people in the parking area across the street. Overall, SLC was charming. We enjoyed Urban Hill and Eva's Bakery. Everyone was friendly. Mountains in all directions is also a plus.

Salt Lake City is very lush and green. Industrial/warehouse areas around downtown are being revived with hip shopping, luxury apartments and great restaurants. It's a small city with a big city feel.
